1. Here is how to submit film for stereo processing and mounting:
- You must use one of our current order forms.
- Enclose your check or money order with your unprocessed E-6 film*.
Note: at this time we only offer mounting of 5P ("Realist format") E-6 stereo slides.
Sorry, Kodachrome processing and mounting is not available at this time.- Mail your film to our partner lab, using the address label included in the order form.
2. When the package arrives in your mailbox, open it, sit back, and enjoy viewing the mounted slides!
For fastest service, we recommend mailing your film so that it arrives at our partner lab in their Thursday mail. Initially, we expect to batch process film once a week, on Thursdays. (Mail it by first class mail on Monday or Tuesday, depending on your location.) We plan to cut and mount the processed film each Friday, and mail the mounted images back to you via Priority Mail on Saturday. Most USA (lower 48) customers can expect to receive their stereo slides in the mail on Monday or Tuesday, about 1 week from the date of mailing the film to the lab!
* A note about content restrictions: The lab and stereomounting.com do not impose any restrictions against any legal content, including erotic and sexually explicit images. Be forewarned, however, that if you submit content that the lab believes to be illegal (e.g., child pornography), the lab will report you and turn your film over to the authorities. stereomounting.com will never even see your film, and will not be able to assist you in any way. It's not worth the risk, so please don't even try it.
